Carrot Cake Protein Shake

A fresh take on a fan favourite in the cake world, this time as a splendid shake that will be a healthy addition to any breakfast routine...

Ingredients

  • 250ml Milk
  • 1 Medium Carrot (Steamed and Sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Low-Fat Cream Cheese
  • 8 Raisins
  • 1 Walnut
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Desiccated Coconut
  • 4 Scoops (15g) or 2 Sachets (30g) BOXD Madagascan Vanilla protein*
  • 4 Ice Cubes
  •  

    Method 

    1. Add all ingredients into the blender and mix until desired consistency is achieved.
    2. Serve straight away (this shake tastes best when it’s cold!).
    3. You can garnish the serving glass with cinnamon.
    4. Finish it before somebody asks you to try some! : )
