Coffee & Walnut Protein Pancakes

Find out with this weeks mouth-watering protein recipe that will serve your sweet tooth and your health goals...


  • 1 30g sachets of BOXD Madagascan Vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp of Espresso powder
  • 2 scoops Pancake mix (Plant-based alternative for Vegans)
  • 100ml milk of choice (Plant-based alternative for Vegans)
  • 100g quark (Plant based alternative for Vegans)
  • 10g chopped walnuts


  1. Whisk together the pancake mix and milk in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the protein powder and quark (add a little milk or water to loosen the mix if necessary).

  3. Once cooked, layer with latte cream on each and top with chopped walnuts.

  4. Eat Away!
