Mango Chia Seed Protein Pot

Mango Chia Seed Protein Pot | Serves 4 

Ingredients:

 

Method:

  1. - In a bowl, add the chia seeds, your milk of choice, 1/2 a tbsp of the honey and a full sachet of your BOXD powder and mix well
  2. - Leave to chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for the mixture to thicken up
  3. - Give the mixture a stir every now and then
  4. - When you’re ready to consume, blend your mangoes and the remaining 1/2 tbsp of honey until smooth
  5. - Evenly spoon your chia seed pudding mixture into glasses or ramekins etc. and top with your mango purée
  6. - Treat your tastebuds to an extra ‘zing’ by grating lime zest on top and enjoy!
