Nutty Winter Smoothie Bowl
So we know it's not summer yet, but in our last post, we mentioned being advocates of balance. Well we're also advocates of wishful thinking too. But we think this particular smoothie bowl with the warm notes of the nuts and the chocolate works well in this weather.
So try out our Nutty Winter Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 x Frozen Banana
- 1 x 30g Sachet of BOXD Vegan Pea & White Hemp or Premium Whey Isolate Madagascan Vanilla
- 200g Strawberries
- 100g Blueberries
- 100g Raspberries
- 1 x tbsp Maple Syrup or alternative sweetener
- A few pieces of Dark Chocolate
- 1 x Handful of Blueberries for garnish
- Half a handful of crushed Cashew Nuts
- 3-4 Macadamia Nuts
Method
- Blend banana, strawberries, raspberries, maple syrup and BOXD powder until smooth
- Scoop into a bowl
- Garnish with blueberries, cashews, dark chocolate and macadamia nuts
- Enjoy!
