BOXD has not been designed as a weight loss product but can be used as part of a fat loss diet. The key point to note for fat loss is to be in a calorie deficit over time; therefore you could eat less calories than the body uses to function per day, or by expending more calories via activity and exercise. We always stress to get your main source of nutrition via food and do not advise using BOXD as a meal replacement.

At BOXD, we take our responsibility to not be just another company pushing product into the environment unnecessarily. From the research we undertook, it became clear that most of our customers already had access to scoops and so we took the decision not to include these with our pouches. For those who do not own one, we sell sustainable wood 15g scoops for a small price, which you can purchase directly on our website.

BOXD's protein is manufactured within the UK at a state of the art facility. It's produced in accordance with rigorous food production regulations.

Our pouches and sachets are paper based and 100% recyclable and bio-degradable. All the components of our boxes are also recyclable or bio-degradable.
